Arrival at Lisbon airport and meeting with the coordinator. Depending on the time of arrival, we will take a panoramic tour of the Portuguese capital and stroll through the Belém neighborhood. We will continue to the hotel in Fátima, where we will check in and have dinner. Afterwards, we will head to the Rosary Mass and Torchlight Procession.
Please check your flight arrival time. The Hotel will be available from 3pm. For arrivals before 10am, we suggest booking an additional night.
Breakfast. The journey will begin with Holy Mass at the Basilica of Our Lady of Fátima. We will meet our guide to visit the Basilica and visit the tombs of Jacinta and Francisco. We will continue to Capelinha, where Our Lady appeared to the shepherd children. We will light a candle near the Sanctuary and walk through the beautiful gardens. A few minutes of free time to shop for religious items nearby. We will also visit the village of Aljustrel, home to the shepherd children. We will continue to Valinhos, where Our Lady appeared after the release of the children from prison. We will visit the church where they were baptized and the local cemetery. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Fátima.
Depart in the morning for Ávila. Upon arrival, we will enjoy the incredible views of the walled city. We will continue towards the Monastery of the Incarnation, founded in 1478, and this is the convent that Saint Teresa chose to enter as a novice. We will continue on foot through the center, admiring the wall, its narrow streets and the cathedral. Finally, we will visit the birthplace and convent of Saint Teresa for mass. Accommodation and dinner at the hotel in Ávila.
Breakfast. Departure to Madrid (1h15min). We will take a panoramic bus tour passing by Puerta de Alcalá, Plaza de Cibeles, Bernabéu, the financial center with its skyscrapers and Gran Via. We will continue on foot to Plaza España, Palacio Real, Almudena Cathedral, Plaza Mayor and Sol. Free time to stroll or have lunch. We will continue by bus to our hotel in Zaragoza. Accommodation and dinner at the hotel. (3h30min). Optional Mass at the Basilica del Pilar.
Breakfast. Mass at the Basilica del Pilar. Meet your guide and start the walking tour of downtown Zaragoza. We will walk around the square, its 2 cathedrals, the Goya monument and the Stone Bridge. Free time to stroll and have lunch. We will continue by bus through the steep Pyrenees mountains and towards neighboring France. In the afternoon we will arrive at the Sanctuary of Lourdes, where in 1858, in the Grotto of Massabiele, Our Lady appeared to 14-year-old Bernadette Soubirous, calling herself the “Immaculate Conception”. Accommodation and dinner at the hotel in Lourdes.
Breakfast. After Mass, we will meet our local guide for a walking tour tracing the life of St. Bernadette, including a visit to Boly Mills, where Bernadette was born; the Locale Mill, her parents’ home; the “Cachot”, formerly used as a prison, where she lived at the time of the Apparitions; the Chapel where she received her First Communion; and the parish church containing La Font, where she was baptized. Afternoon at leisure to pray and meditate in the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary, with its impressive murals, or participate in the Eucharistic Devotion, the Procession of the Blessed Sacrament, and the prayer for the sick. Accommodation and dinner at the hotel in Lourdes.
Breakfast. Departure in the morning by bus to Manresa (5:30 am). We will cross the Catalan Pyrenees and the Aran Valley on our way back to Spain. Arrival at the Cave Church of San Ignacio, a sanctuary that includes a cave chapel, a baroque church and a neoclassical building. Visit the cave and pray. Continue to the hotel in Montserrat (30 min). Accommodation and dinner at the hotel.
Breakfast. Conventual Mass at the Monastery of Montserrat. Visit the Monastery and enjoy a view of its incredible location. We will continue towards Barcelona (45min). We will enjoy a panoramic tour of Plaza España, Montjuic, the Eixample neighborhood, Paseo de Gracia and the Sagrada Familia. We will continue on foot to Plaza Catalunya, the Rambla, the Gothic Quarter and the Barcelona Cathedral. Free time in Barcelona. Return to the hotel in Montserrat. Accommodation and dinner at the hotel.
Breakfast. Hotel available until 11am. Departure by bus to the center of Barcelona (Plaza Catalunya > Plaza España) and the airport. End of our services.
